Welcome to Fides Global Link — your one-stop partner for mold development and plastic part manufacturing. Send us your 3D drawings and we take it from there: mold design and mold-flow analysis, toolmaking, injection molding (including IML, IMD, 2K and GID), component assembly, custom jigs & fixtures and automation for your production. What you get back is fully assembled and ready to use.
From our two plants in Shenzhen and Dongguan, we serve customers across Europe, US and India in automotive, medical, electronics and appliances. You work with a hands-on, English- and German-speaking team that stays with your project from the first drawing to series delivery — German-grade quality paired with the speed and flexibility that only South China’s manufacturing can offer. ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified.

Marcus Schlundt
A German engineer leads FGL — with a senior engineering team behind him, and you talk to him directly
Fides Global Link was founded in 2017 by Anita Li and Marcus Schlundt. Marcus has run the business from South China since 2021. He is a German Bachelor Professional Tooling with 35 years from the workshop floor to mould-making leadership — trained in Eisenach and Frankfurt, then directing tool shops and injection-molding operations across Germany, Sri Lanka, India and China.
Before founding FGL, Marcus was Assembly Manager at Kramski in Sri Lanka, then Operations Director at one of China’s top mold-makers — running 5 plants with 1,000+ workers — and General Manager of a leading mold-maker in India. In those roles he delivered projects for customers including BMW, VW, Audi, TATA Motors, IAC, Motherson, Plastic Omnium, Faurecia, Miele, Haag-Streit and Eppendorf — so he knows exactly what leading customers across automotive, medical, electronics and appliances expect.
That is the point: when you work with FGL, the person reading your enquiry, signing off your mould drawing and answering your phone is the engineer who has done this for three and a half decades — for customers who do not accept rework. No sales chain. No translation gap. No junior learning on your project.

A quick look at who you're working with
Precision · Performance · Partnership
FGL is led by Marcus Schlundt — a German Bachelor Professional Tooling with 35 years on the workshop floor and in mould-making leadership across Germany, India, China and Sri Lanka. Behind him: a senior engineering team with 15+ years average experience — no juniors learning on your project.
And whenever you need to talk, you reach Marcus directly. No sales chain, no escalation — from your first email to the last delivery.
Where does FGL produce in South China?
Both our plants sit in Guangdong, right next to the ports and the electronics supply chain. That's how we keep things fast for you — wherever you are in Europe, the US or India.
Plant 1 — Precision molds
This is “Green Sun” — our precision tool shop. We design your mold, run the mold-flow analysis and build high-precision molds to ±0.005 mm, in a temperature-controlled room.
Plant 2 — Plastic parts & injection molds
This is “KY-Tool”. We make your plastic parts (injection molding, 2K and overmolding) and build the injection molds, then assemble and finish — ready to ship to you.
